The Orient Project

Blue Asset Management is immensely privileged to have identified and be tasked with creating three fabulous individual senorial houses on the Comassema Estate above Orient within their own substantial parcels of land ready for occupation in mid 2006.

Comassema is breathtakingly beautiful, entirely private and totally unblemished. Above the village of Orient, the estate is approached via a private and gated drive through ancient olive groves and stone terraces. The three properties consist of an ancient farm house and barns, currently inhabited by sheep, in the foot of the valley surrounded by 778,000m2 or 192 acres of private land. Can Agata is in the process of being built high up on the valley side with stunning southerly views toward Orient village in 223,800 sqm or 55 acres. Can Coral is across the valley also facing south in 224,700 sqm or 55 acres of private land.

The houses have been designed by a leading conservation architect, taking immense care to replicate sympathetically details, features, materials and finishes which will blend the houses immediately into their privileged environment. The houses, however, will have every advantage of state of the art modern comforts and internal design.

Orient is nestled in the lower valleys of the Tramuntana mountain range. Alaro is ten minutes to the east and Bunyola 15 minutes to the west. Palma and the international airport are consequently no more than 40 minutes from the Estate.
