We search for the ideal property utilising our in depth local resident network and numerous contacts. Agents are very aware that we act for serious, discerning buyers and consequently approach us first. We are often advised of opportunities before they reach the general market.

We work with a comprehensive list of financial institutions, property lawyers and tax specialists to ensure you structure your purchase or sale in the most efficient manner.

Management
Overseas home ownership is thoroughly rewarding if properly managed. Management is simple in concept but rarely satisfactory in practice. We have a full management, maintenance and improvement service which can be tailored to your exact needs.

Project Management
We are currently project managing, on behalf of private clients, the build of eight important houses and the redevelopment of La Mola Club and new apartments in Andratx.
